wel im a cheerleader 3 days a week and i seems not 2 loose weight im really scared to try a diet but i think im fat all an elephant but i only weigh 125 pounds wat are some ways to loose weigh safe and easy?

well, first how do you feel, i mean can you grab a role?
do you have a chin hanging to the floor?
i mean can you jump and do all the tricks?
i would not worry at 125, as it is a good healthy weight, and look at what the gov is doing to the modeling industry, no skiny models

Ok, your 13 and 125lbs this is not fat! BMI is probably perfect. When I was 13 I started to feel like I was a little overweight too and I rollerskated 2 days a week. Just try to stay active you don't need to lose weight at all.

Cheerleading,rollerskating, jogging,walking.... Being active is always good!

Don't worry about your weight 1st of all you aren't finished growing if you lose too much weight you will look like a bag of bones. Don't ever let the #'s control you, remember muscle doesn't weigh less. You are active and fit and young, Eat healthy and keep excerising and you will be great.....

125 pounds may sound heavy if you are only 13 years old! However that would depend upon how tall you are! 125 pounds is a good weight for a female who is around 5-6 to 5-7 tall. The fastest way to lose weight for you would be to eat no pastas, bread or potatoes, and always eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetable, stay off pork such as sausage or bacon in the mournings breakfast times. and do not eat any food after 6 at night or snacks. drink lowfat milk. It would really depend on how tall you are. And while I know you get a lot of exercise cheerleading (my granddaughter does it), it you think you are overweight and are concerned that you don't lose you may need to add more exercise and watch more what you eat. Also you are right at that age where you may start a growth spurt soon. You probably haven' gotten to your full heighth yet.

I think you really should talk to your Mom or close adult like an aunt or your doctor before you do ANYthing though!

At 125 pounds the only way you could be fat is if you were like 3 feet tall. You're fine the way you are.
If you want to lose weight healthily though, you need to exercise, which you do with cheerleading, eat healthy foods, and drink lots of water.

Your weight has a lot to do with your height, and both are only numbers. If you are fit and active, which you obviously must be, you're probably fine. The fact is that we are our own worst critics. Make sure you eat good healthy food from the 5 food groups, not junk....stay active and you'll be fine. Don't obsess over the numbers.

it extremely is a reasonably stupid question tbqh, i'm a 8stone 8lbs (124lbs ish) 13 twelve months previous lady and 5'7 consequently i'm slightly on the decrease end of what I could be. Darling you're 13 years previous, you may not be demanding approximately your weight! you're perfect while you're over like 5'! whether you're shorter than that, you may only be a great build! do not hardship approximately it!

do some cardio, like running or riding your bike, for 20 minutes a day. Don't drink soda or eat sugary foods. 125 isn't a bad weight.

Don't start the cycle of dieting. Watch your portions, take up a hobby thats physical (sports, yoga, belly dancing, whatever), and just enjoy your life. Some of us women are meant to not be scrawny.
