Recently ive been eating rubbish like pizza , coke , all the usual junk food. Ive noticed a big change in my anger and sometimes not being able to control it.

Usually i eat really healthy and prefer homemade food. Hence Ive noted these changes. I do intend to go back to eating better food this week.

A friend that is dieting went cold turkey off of fast food, he said he felt so much better within a few days.

Absolutely. And I think it differs from person to person and your tolerance for such foods but sugar does affect people. I wish that the kids they so easily put on ADHD medication these days would simply cut back, way back on the sugar and refined food and I think it would make a big difference.
