I think so. I used to drink a LOT of soda. I just felt very fatigued and irritable. Once I started on water only, I felt soooo much better!
A friend that is dieting went cold turkey off of fast food, he said he felt so much better within a few days.

Absolutely. And I think it differs from person to person and your tolerance for such foods but sugar does affect people. I wish that the kids they so easily put on ADHD medication these days would simply cut back, way back on the sugar and refined food and I think it would make a big difference.
