I'm Muslim and I agree acting like the victim will not help. I don't want anyone's sympathy or pity.
Bash me and my religion all day if you want, it will only make me stronger.

The funny thing is though, the things all these people are saying on here are the exact same things terrorists say. They twist Quranic quotations the same way Osama Bin Laden does.
They make a peaceful religion look violent. Both are wrong and both need to educate themselves.

Thank you for your concern. I've tried posting many things on here to spread teh good word of Islam but some people are not ready to listen. It hurts. I wonder when pple will learn to respect each individual regardless of caste/race/religion. What happened on 9/11 and what's happening now around the world is what terrorists/extremists did...but all Muslims are being blamed for it and nobody is ready to hear the good side.

hmmmm....being an american muslim, yes it is hard to deal with ignorance and annoying questions abt my religion. but see teh thing is most of them are either teenagers or ppl who lost someone dear to them by the hands of a muslim. for that i do not blame them. teenagers got no brain, so ai m not even gonna bother justifying their actions. during this age, they are continously going through a hormonuel change.
as for those who hav lost someone, in afghanistan, irqa, or in 9/11, their hatred and full of abhorance questions are legit.
how do i deal with it, its simple. the more questions ppl ask abt Islam, the more i am aware of their ignorance and teh more i strive toward enlightening myself abt my religion so that i can give an accurate answer to their questions.
the thing is, though ppl bash on Islam on this site and all over the world, there is something to learn from it. and i learn from their hatred and try to change their point of view abt my religion.
in some cases i succeed and in some i fail, yet i will keep on trying.....

there's no longer something incorrect with being a Muslim, and in fact there are a number of Muslims in usa of america who're extraordinarily respected, (Muhammad Ali for one). the difficulty is that people who take the Koran to its "intense" are enemies to non secular freedom. in case you do no longer have faith in Islam, you're an infidel and could die. remember, i'm conversing approximately "intense' Muslims. the difficulty with Obama is that many question his genuine non secular ideals, because of the fact his association with Jeremiah Wright. additionally, the changing of his call from a Christian call to an Islamic call and keeping it has achieved no longer something to help him the two. i think, this became into achieved while he became right into a baby, even regardless of the undeniable fact that that is a source of difficulty for many. upload to this the reality Obama has brazenly refused to teach the right recognize to the yank Flag in public, (provide up coronary heart, dealing with flag if seen throughout the time of the nationwide Anthem, etc..) and does no longer recite the Pledge of Allegiance, makes me question his actual love of usa, (america). enable's additionally no longer overlook approximately his association with William Ayers, who tried to explode the Pentagon. for my section, I have not have been given any actual problems along with his faith. I do have intense problems along with his plans and suggestions. I won't vote for him because of the fact those proposals are retreads of Democratic plans that have already failed. Carter did each thing Obama needs to do. those issues did no longer artwork then. Why could they artwork now?

All Praise is due to Allah,

People are ignorant. They usually go off hearsay. If people knew the truth they wouldn't mock us. you have to sincerely search for the truth. There are many sides and one truth. They think terrorism is from islam when we are against it and it is not from islam. What those men did (9/11, etc.) was from there own desires. Would they say christianity is terrorism because of timothy mcvay (christian) who blew up the building in oaklahoma? and what about dr. robert goldstein (jewish) who was arrested in florida for trying to blow a mosque, would they say this is what the jewish religion teaches? we can go on and on and on probably.
The point is free yourselves from ignorance. Learn about islam in truth from authentic sources. Nothing in this religion is made up it all comes from revelation. If someone tries to introduce a thing that is not from it, he will have it rejected as the Prophet (may peace and blessings be on him) said in a narration:
It is narrated on the authority of the Mother of the Believers, Umm 'Abdullah 'Aishah, radiyallahu 'anha, that the Messenger of Allah, sallallahu 'alayhi wasallam, said:

"Whosoever introduces into this affair of ours (i.e. into Islam) something that does not belong to it, it is to be rejected."

[Al-Bukhari & Muslim]
According to the version in Muslim, (it reads):

"Whosoever works a work which has for it no command of ours is to be rejected."

I'm not an American but u c As this life is a test for us and Allah will be testing and examining us through lots of thicks and thins to reveal our true faith in him. I think its one of those thicks and thins. We need not to give up and lose faith in him. We need to seek patience and courage from Allah. And God grants patience and courage to those who seek. May Allah grant us great patience and courage.(Amen)

Try being a Christian in Iran. Google Christianity in Iran.

Muslims are free to preach openly in our schools and our prisons here in America.

Christians doing the same would be killed in most Muslim countries.

Now that is tough!

I don't hate Muslims here in the US, I know some they are fine with me. I just don't want to be forced to live under Shara Law. (Another thing you might want to Google)

Peace!
