What is a good website that lists every breed of dog, and info on them?

I want to buy a dog soon, so would like some info to help me decide what kind I want.

www.akc.org - only lists the dogs that are recognized by the AKC.

http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/abc.htm - good site, has just about every breed out there, with info on the temperament & photos.
