Pardon me. Seriously, I don't understand why your system doesn't provide you with the needed criteria? As we know, each state basically has their own. Obtaining criteria on Yahoo doesn't seem to be a reliable source with which to evaluate a teacher. (?)

The National Association for the Education of Young Children has criteria for what makes a good kindergarten teacher. You might want to check out their website www.naeyc.org.

first of all check their "patience level".As i think to handle small kids we need to have a lot and lot of patience.
