You *can't* take anything gel-like, i.e. yogurt, jams, pudding, gel candies, cheese, peanut butter.

You can take fruit, crackers, snack foods. Check the TSA website and your airline for further info.

basically anything. it just has to be an appropriate container. and it can't be/have liquid of course... no no soup or stew type of stuff....but you can take fruits and veggies and pasta and pizza and just about anything you can think of.
