my friend, puerto rico is the alcohol capital of the U.S. Legal age is 18. You can buy beer, rum , vodka, anything that you want in the liquor stores or gas stations 24/7. Only time that we have "ley seca" (no alcohol) in on Election Day. If you go outside of the tourists areas, you can buy a 12 ounce bottle of local beer (Medalla brand, a light beer with a lot of taste) for $1.50 and a 1 liter bottle of rum for $13.00. Not bad, uh?

They never do, except of Elections day. Drinking age is 18 and you can get loaded of alcohol with $20 dollars in th center of the island.

They never stop! and you can buy liquor in the local supermarket, in Walmart, Sam's club etc.
