A nice pen and pencil set, a picture frame for her degree, a gift certificate for the office supply store,[or any other store that you know she shops at]. A gift cetificate for a restaurant, so she can celebrate, or if you know her well, take her out somewhere she likes.
If you know what kind of decor she has at her home, a piece of silver or crystal [Waterford has some nice bric-a -brac] like a fancy paperweight, that she could use at home or in her new office.
