Here's an easy one:
Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta
1 lb Hamburger, browned and drained
6-10 slices bacon, cooked and diced (we like bigger chunks)
16 oz Rotini pasta, cooked according to package
1 can condensed tomato soup
4-8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Onions, optional
mustard to taste, optional
Throw it all together in a pot, and warm over low heat until ready to eat!
We like it with toasted french bread and a salad.
Bon Apetit!

Hashbrown Casserole
About 5 pounds white potatoes, peeled and shredded
A two pound block cheddar cheese, shredded (or 4 cups)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 roll mild pork sausage
10 eggs, beaten with a little milk
salt and pepper to taste
a little oil (I like vegetable)
Put oil in a deep skillet (I use a large electric one), add shredded potatoes and chopped onion. When the potatoes are beginning to get soft, add sausage (crumbled up) and cook this mixture covered, stirring often, until potatoes are cooked and sausage is done. Add beaten eggs, stirring constantly. When the eggs are almost cooked all the way, at 3/4 of the cheese and stir in. When the eggs are cooked, sprinkle the rest of the cheese across the top, turn off heat, cover and let stand about 10 minutes. Cut into squares. Can be a good breakfast, or a different supper. My family loves it as a treat. For breakfast, serve with biscuits or toast, for lunch or supper serve with a salad.
"DIP"
2 large cans refried beans
1 large jar salsa (whatever flavor you want)
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pack of hamburger, browned
1 pack taco seasoning mix
sour cream
tortilla chips
brown hamburger and prepare according to the taco seasoning package. When it's done, add refried beans. When the mixture is hot, add cheese and salsa. Heat through. Serve in bowls with sour cream on top and eat with tortilla chips.
You can add black olives to this too, if you want.

I've done the Horn Of Plenty recipe and the perogie recipe and the griddle cake recipe
on yahoo! How about a bagel recipe just
use the griddle cake recipe or pancake batter
made a little thicker than normal. place it on
a floured surface and make it thick enough to form ball then roll out flat and cut out with bagel cutters. I have some plastic heart shape bagel cutters available for $0.69 each!
www.dollardaysplus.biz but of course you can use a bowl to cut the same and glass to cut out the center! but that's a little more work! I like to cook my bagels in a toaster oven! They get done faster than using a big oven! The cut out centers rather than rerolling them and making more bagels I often make pretzels or bread sticks with them by twisting and rolling and then dropping in cooking oil!

CHICKEN MARSALA - In first frying pan, Cut boneless chicken into chunks or strips, coat with flour and cook in butter until all sides just start to brown, set aside. In second frying pan, melt butter and add fresh sliced mushrooms (lots) and cook until they just start to soften, add generous amount of Marsala wine and a couple of finely diced garlic cloves and cook for three minutes. Add chicken from first pan and cook until sauce thickens (flour from chicken will thicken sauce), Add a small spritz more Marsala wine ( to refresh Marsala wine flavor) and serve immediately.

OVEN-BARBECUED SPARE RIBS:
3 to 4 lbs. Ribs (country-style)
black pepper (season to taste)
garlic powder (season to taste)
1 lemon (sliced)
1 large onion (sliced)
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
2 cups water
Place ribs in a large shallow roasting pan, meaty side up. (mine measures 14 x 10 1/2) Season meat with pepper and garlic powder. On each piece place a slice of unpeeled lemon, a slice of onion. Roast in a very hot oven (450 degrees) for 30 minutes. Drain grease from meat pan. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil and pour over ribs. Continue baking in moderate oven
(350 degrees) until tender, about 45 minutes to an hour. Baste ribs with sauce every 15 minutes. If sauce gets thick, add more water.
STUFFED CABBAGE LEAVES:
12 large cabbage leaves - cooked
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup cooked white rice
1 small onion - chopped
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning OR thyme
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons oil
2 (8 ounce) cans Hunt's Tomato Sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 cup water
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Wash and place the head of cabbage in a large pot with water to cover. Cook over high heat. Boil cabbage over for 10 minutes, or until it is pliable and soft. Drain and allow to cool completely. Seperate leaves and remove the hard outer vein from the leaves. In a separate large bowl, combine the beef, rice, onion, poultry seasoning, garlic powder and the egg, mixing well. Place a small amount, about 1/2 cup, into the center of a cabbage leaf and fold leaf over, tucking in the sides of the leaf to keep meat mixture inside. (Some people use toothpicks to fasten them) Heat the stuffed cabbages in oil of large pot or skillet, (I use an electric frying pan) putting any extra leaves on the bottom. Pour in the tomato sauce. Combine lemon juice, brown sugar and water. Stir into tomato sauce. Simmer covered, over medium-low heat for about 60 minutes. Baste occasionally. (Keep an eye on them, making sure the bottom of leaves do not burn.)
