The question is i have a sheet, and i need the contents of 3 rows to be automatically copied or referenced on another sheet.Without having to copy the contents of those three rows, i want it on another sheet too.

Well Its Very Easy. You Have To Use A simple Formula. Chose A Perticular Cell In A Sheet (Say A1 In Sheet2) press equal sign then goto the Cell On Another Sheet (Say A1 on Sheet1) and click it and press enter ( or you can enter the location of the cell like "=Sheet1!A1"). There You Get The Value Of That Particular Cell. Now Apply The Same Formula To All The Cells You Want In The Same Way.

Open the sheets next to each other.
Click on the box you want the data to be in on the new sheet.

Lets say you have 2 worksheets, SHEET1 and SHEET2. On SHEET1, you have data in rows 1 - 3. To reference it on SHEET2, place your cursor in SHEET2 and type in "=". First off, go to a blank sheet. hit CTRL-PageDown. Note that you have just gone the Sheet2.
