A pear-shaped mesomorphic endomorph? That's my best guess. Without the knees to feet and head, it's hard to fully tell. All in all, I'd say if she isn't too short, she looks better than your girl next door. She may not have wide shoulders, but she’s got curves in the right places, such as the hips. It should not be too hard to maintain or get good results (in terms of physique) with this kind of body.
I don’t know how much she would weigh – and personally, you should tell her not to be bothered at all about her weight. She’s alright.

I have absolutely no idea how tall you are, so it is very hard to estimate. Lets say you are 5ft 7, then I would say about 140lb? Hour glass figure and a size 8.
Ignore some of the stupid answers here, I did the same thing as you a few months ago, you always get a few jerks who think they are being clever.

I think she has an average body...hour glass figure. It's hard to tell how tall she is so I will take a guess and say she's 5' 5" and weighs about 130lbs. I happen to think she looks just fine.

Looks pretty healhy to me. I thinnk she weighs about 125-130? I am being honest, not mean, ok? You asked... =)
But at least she is not Skeletor... I have heard of body types, like pear, apple, etc. This lady seems to be pretty normal and proportional (bust-waist-hips wise).

A bit overweight... 175 lbs or so. If that person sheds 15-20 lbs she will look nice because she is already well proportioned.
