I honestly believe that guys want someone to take control and guys are afraid of rejection which could be an explanation for why he hasn't asked you out yet. If I were you I would hint around at first. Like ask him his favorite dish or talk about some of the new movies about to come out. After you get the ball rolling on things of interests that could turn into potential date. If he doesn't say anything and seems as interested in you as you are in him you should say "We should go check it out sometime" or "I would love to cook that dish for you, as a matter of fact i am an excellent cook would you like to come over for dinner" (if u can cook) or "i would love to try out that new restaurant. we should try it out together" something to get the picture that yea i want a date and i want a date you! But don't be aggressive! Hope this helps!

I think the only option is to approach him yourself. I was fist going to say that you should come onto him sexually but that could lead to a one night stand. So the best option is again to ask him out yourself. There is nothing at all wrong with that approach as long as you are willing to accept a negative answer as you are a positive one.

You need to make him feel comfortable about asking you out. Guys generally won't ask you out unless they feel they have a good chance of not being rejected. Nobody likes rejection and by making eye contact and smiling at him or maybe making small talk, you'll make him feel more comfortable. There's always room for you asking him out. I think a lot of guys would be flattered to be asked out. Then you won't have to wait , you have your answer.

Just ask him out, his probabaly the type of guy to have a girl come after him cause that means to him that the girl actually wants him...Now do u want him that bad or not..

YOU CAN SPEED UP THE PROCESS BY TRYIN TO MAKE HIM NOTICE YOU BY WALKING AROUND HIS AREA BUT NOT MAKE IT SEEM LIKE YOUR STALKING HIM OR JUST ASK A FRIEND WHO KNOWS HIM TO WALK WITH YOU OVER TOWARDS HIM LET HER START A CONVERSATION WITH HIM THEN LET HER INTRODUCE THE TWO OF YOU THEN LET HIM KNOW YOUR INTERESTED BY EXCHANGING PHONE NUMBERS.
