If you have a refrigerator avaible......
Slices of lowfat cheese and a slice of whole wheat bread. In separate plastic bag place a few pickle slices and tomato.
Pasta salad, made with low fat dressing (italian is good), grated cheese, cut up vegtables. Pack in margarine tubs (so you can toss out if needed) or plastic storage bags. Place on a paper plate at lunch time.
Any fruit, peeled and cut up (if you going to take apples or banannas brush with a little lemon juice first so they don't turn brown).
Think pita and wraps, anything goes. Cheese,, left over meat cut in thin slices, roasted vegtables. Dressing can be any lowfat bottled dressing, a jar of horseradish mustard (this is really good and tasty), salsa, etc.
