They don't make pencils with lead anymore,you're ok.

If you have a "lead" pencil you have an antique. Todays pencils are made form graphite. Having it under this skin is probably not desirable but not dangerous either.

no, pencil lead isn't lead at all, it's graphite (carbon) and since you are a carbon based life form your body accepts the pencil lead as part of you and heals up around it... but this is also why it will still be there 10 years from now.. the body doesn't know it needs to get rid of it and just leaves it alone.

I really doubt it. I have a pencil lead in one of my thumbs and it's been there for about 7 years now and nothing has happended to me. So I don't think so.

pencil lead isn't 'lead' at all.
As was mentioned before, it's graphite--just carbon. You could even eat it if you wanted, it's so harmless it's not funny.
