depends on how big the bulge is. I wouldn't recommend starvation diets because it hurts more than it helps.

Exercise like mad and drink excessive amounts of water. If you don't have to actually show your bare tummy then use a girdle or if you're on a budget use Saran Wrap wrapped tightly about your midriff.

From what i've researched starting an intensive aerobics program will work fastest. If you look at the "ohmigod_________isanorexic" celebrity reports the realreason why celebs go from a pooch belly to tight in short order is because when you start aerobics your body's reaction is "What the *&^% is this?" and your metabolism shoots up to the level of a hummingbird on crack. It will adjust though and you'll even out.

Two weeks may be a bit too soon dear.

Liposuction is your best bet if your target is an unrealistic 14 days.

Otherwise the natural healthier way (there are always risks with any kind of surgery) will take longer but will change your eating habits so you don't gain it back. That is a problem many lipo patients have, they believe that you can just indefinately suck the fat out of them and they use it as a crutch.

Look for information about nutrition and excercise, don't follow a "canned" excercise plan or diet people give you online. A good reference to start is a nutrition book called "Eat Drink and be Healthy. The harvard medical school guide to healthy eating". It is not a "diet book" but a book that gives you all kinds of information on diet and nutrition as well as comparisons of types of diets and health issues from around the world.

This is a good base to begin to learn about nutrition and not only that something is bad for you but WHY. So you can understand and make your own choices without relying on the next fad.

your eating habits are 90% of the game when it comes to weight loss, Fill in the other 10% with a workout plan that suits you (Ie: one you will actually enjoy doing and stick to). Ideally this should include some form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and some weight training designed to tone your body as opposed to bulk up. Ultimately the best workout is one you will stick to though. One you will stick to that is not as intensive is better than one you only do sporadically and is very intensive.

I do not know the way so much stomach fats you've got. If you've got a large quantity there's no manner you're going to be capable to have a flat belly in 14 days. If your belly is already lovely flat however you simply desire to tone it up, I am now not eve certain that's entirely possible in that small window of time. Fitness and frame beliefs take effort and time in your aspect. Proper vitamins and a blend of force and aerobic coaching is the one method to get the frame you desire and hold it! fad diets might support you shed weight however except you comply with mentioned fad perpetually you're going to reap it again and mostly be very bad due to the fact that the ones fad diets aren't intended to be performed for the long run. If I have been you I could set a extra useful target. It would take as much as a yr or extra to reap your target (once more, I do not know what your bodily problem is so I cannot be certain) and if you're found why now not do your frame a prefer and do it proper?

eat healthy and no later than 6 or 7pm...cut out the sugarry stuff, the sodas, the lattes, the candy, popcorn, nachos, etc. eat 5 small meal through out the day, work out lets say 1 hour 5-6 days a week but i would say 5 doing lots of crunches daily since your ab are can take all the crunches you do day after day w/o a day of rest. i would do lots of intense work like 300 reverse crunches every day-works the lowe abs- and 300 normal crunches. my version of normal crunches is 45 degrees up in air, while you lay down on a mat, and start doing the darn crunches slowly so you can feel the burn(a set for me is 25-30 reps), do use a medicine ball in the same position and put it between your legs-i know it sounds weid but it makes your muscles work harder and you have more resistance added-try a 6 or 8 lb. ball. then i would do bench dips, squats, lunges, and running on the treadmill at an incline-that is the key. do not cut off carbs completely like some people say since they are your #1 source of energy followed by protein and fats...eat in moderation, replace your sweets with fruits, stay away from peanut butter or cream cheese since that wont help, but go for a salad w/ fat free dressing! do not deprive yourself, good lord! also, drink tons of water, get lots of sleep and sometimes try to work out 2 times a day but different areas each time. also, another good thing is to eat after you work out since your metabolism is skyrocketed and you burn it off more easily.
