i feel like not eating whenever i have a cup of brewed coffee. it can last me all day... but when i tried the "powdered" form... the one you can put directly in your hot water, the mechanics doesn't work? is it because it's not as strong as the real brewed coffee? have you had any experiences similar to mine?

i think it's one good way to maintain the weight without really depriving yourself. but im worried that drinking coffee everyday is not healthy and can lead to osteoporosis (studies have shown). any ideas? opinions? suggestions?

Coffee has caffine, caffine is a stimulant, so yes. But one coffee or the other shouldn't matter other than fresh brewed should taste better...but what do I know ? I rarely ever drink coffee.

yes it is a supressant but if i were you i would not drink coffee daily. it is not healthy, highly addictive and not good for you in large quantities-like 4 frapuccinos or lattes a day. i would do one a day with a single shot or no shot at all-i do that when i go out with my friends and i ma not hungry for dinner or lunch or whatever it may be. just make sure that you dont overabuse coffee and use it in moderation.
