Just buy some made-in-America DVD movies. Practice speaking, recording your voice into your computer. Play it back. If you sound American, good for you.

You can learn words by and english dictionary, but the accent is something that will come with practice. Good luck

if u are 14 years old, go to united states, u will learn the accent by actually being here....and different accents...different states.....west coast accent different from east....

Our accents vary from state to state and region to region so that is going to be kind of hard to find.
