In addition to diet and exercise, you might want to consider all-natural Cholesterol Regulation Complex.

Its blend of natural ingredients includes a unique compound that inhibits the absorption of dietary cholesterol and has been shown to increase HDL. It does not interrupt the products of coenzyme Q10, a nutrient important to heart health that helps cells produce energy.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions or the website.

HDL (or High Density Lipoproteins) are the type of molecule the body uses to transport fats from storage in adipose (or fat storage tissue) back to the Liver for processing.

As long as you're consuming enough fats that the body has to store the excess energy in adipose, you will have much more LDL (or Low Density Lipoprotiens) which transport fats from the liver out to the fat storage tissue.

Reducing calories for a long enough period of time will create the need for the body to liberate fat from storage for use, thus increasing HDL. Also, creating a need for energy (ie. Exercise) will also make the body increase the presence of HDL in the bloodstream.

Hope this helps.

Avoid meat fats and trans fats. Any fats from animals raise your LDL levels.
