whats fat to you may not be fat to the next person or to the army either a person just has to be in the right body fat percentage for their height and weight and age in other word if you are 200lbs and 6ft tall you should be fine it all about the persons body make up been ther done that if you want to know about body fat go to military.com or goarmy.com
