1.) i leased a 2005 nissan murano last year and today i was driving where there was recintly road work done and there were rocks and dirt chunks and they hit my car and now i have small dents scratchs (that cant buff out) on the car and my windsheld got some dent kinda things in it (did not crack the windsheld) when i turn the car in after the lease ends will i have to pay for the damage?
2.) if i find out which company did the road work can i sue them for damages to my car? or can i at least do anything?

it was the only way i could go home and it is one of the biggest known roads and main roadway here

Ha, do you live in Tulsa? The city workers like to throw that black crap right in front of you while you're going 60-65 mph. GRRRR I believe you have that right for their shoddy job. It could have caused more harm or injured someone. Good luck!

you most likely would be responsible for the damages,but to make sure,read your lease under the damage clause.and no,you cant sue the company who was doing the road work because you are the one who chose to drive on the road.
