If you use a hairsetter(put curling irons in your hair) and your hair is thin and fine with a diminishing perm.

Not knowing how long your hair is, to what extent your perm is "diminishing", or what your age is makes this a difficult question to answer. My hair is also thin and fine, so I'll give it a shot. First of all, I never get perms...it is too damaging to fine, thin hair. I don't use heat on my hair (use the cool setting on the hairdryer) and to give it some curl I use the velcro type rollers. If you put them in when your hair is dry, lightly spray with a volumizing pump spray, and take them out in about 10 minutes, the curl should last all day. I keep my hair just above the shoulders and styled in long layers. I use a volumizing shampoo as well. Hope this helps. Bon Chance!
