In the past it was necessary to fully cook pork, but because of the increased health of the animals it is now possible to serve pork medium. I wouldn't cook it less however, it doesn't taste right if it's not hot through out. I serve Pork medium all the time. Been cooking for my family of 6 for years no illness yet.

It depends on how you cook it. If you are frying or steam roasting it, cook it until it is white all the way through. Barbecued pork is inherently pink, so be careful not to burn it. It'll be pink but safe.

Sure, pork can be served pink, but only of the consumer is perfectly okay with wooooooorrrrrms that can infest even the brain.

Some chefs are saying that you can but it is not advisable as if it its too pink you can go down with food poisoning and in the worst case could end up in intensive care in hospital
