It is just general info that applies to everyone and is likely to fit some situation that you are dealing with. You wouldn't read either unless you are looking for advice or direction and it fills that need. You read it and your like "hey, that applies to me and my life! How could they have known that without going through a higher power?"

You are absolutely correct. However, even the most fervent horoscope fan rarely matches the sheer fanaticism of a Christian fundamentalist.

No. Horoscopes are so vague that you can relate anything that happens during your day to them. The Bible doesn't tell individual fortunes. Instead, the Bible tells the truth of what will specifically happen. Look at the prophecy of Jesus...every prophecy was met.

Reading the bible is nothing like reading your horoscope. I don't only read the bible when I need advice or something is wrong. I enjoy reading the bible. I read it to see what God has to say.

This is a nice question. The bible and the horoscope are different even in reading it. Does this atheist question help believers to think outside of the box? No, just a waste of space.

No horoscopes are actually closer to the truth then the bible is. They are both similar they both hold some common sense but both are full of nothing more then lies and false hope.
