no hair dye may kills the bugs but it certainly will not kill the eggs
you need lice shampoo and and lice comb
do not chemically treat your hair with dye or bleach to get rid of them you will do more harm than good
you will fry your hair

Hair dye won't get rid of them. It might smell like alcohol and all but what you need is the shampoo made to get rid of lice. The best one is called 'RID'. Good luck.

When I had lice, I used vinegar. And it worked really well, it got all those little peasents out of my hair. So I'd suggest vinegar instead of hair dye.

Buy some RID shampoo from the drugstore. You don't even need to see a Dr. You can use the treatment on your own at home.
