If you two think are absolutely ready to move in together, both emotionally, and financially, then go for it. If you have the slightest doubt, then moving in would not be a good idea. Moving in means that you're going to be with your bf all the time. You're going to see ALL his habits, good and bad, just like he's going to see yours. Make sure you two are responsible enough and are at that point in your relationship where you guys are going to be ready for any trials and tribulations.

You don't give much info--how long dating, want to get married, age? I wouldn't move in, but that's just for me. My brother moved in w/his girlfriend and both my sisters lived with ther BF's. I think it's a personal thing, just make sure you talk about money, responsibilities up front, think about what you want, and if it feels right to you, go for it!

If you are ready then go for it but make sure you are ready it is a big step.. Also make sure that you all are in love.. And you have been together long enough to be making a decision like this in the first place.

I say, If you've been dating at least two years - and you both have great jobs and are both financially secure, have discussed who will pay for what, and who will do which household chore, etc, etc...ahead of time...and agreed...then it's okay.
If you both aren't able to balance your finances on your own - then it's not time to try to share that responsibility with someone else...got to learn to do it yourself first.
