Anyone out there who attends Pastor Joel Osteen's church? If so, whats it like? Does it take a long time to get out the building after service is over?

In his interview with Larry King, Joel said he didn't know if it was necessary to believe in Jesus Christ to be saved.

Is that of God? You tell me.

I do not attend, but lived within a few miles of there. I remember going to the Rockets games there. It was actually not bad leaving since it is right next to US59 and also has easy access through the uptown and upper Kirby area of Houston.

I have never been to that service..But I went to a famous Preacher's service a long time ago and had no hope of ever getting to meet him.It may be similar.

Joel Osteen and his wife Jezebel (oops, I meant Victoria) and Enron like using the big model of the globe - which I think represents Satan.

20,000 people can fit inside that "church." Probably takes a while to exit the building after the "service" is over.

I'm a Muslim, so I don't attend the church, but I've seen it from the outside -- ITS HUGE. And Joel Olsteen is amazing -- great preacher.
