Go buy a anti-virus software and install into your systems. Norton Syamantec is advisable or Panda Antivirus. Most of the antivirus out there is very user friendly.

The moment you installed, they will prompt you to scan the whole systems. Any virus detected will be cleaned and your systems will be then protected from any viruses.

If you have the original license, the antivirus program will automatically update the virus defination file thus protecting your systems from any NEW virus.

Good luck!
