Lamisil -- for treatment of toenail fungus and other fungal infections -- is a prescription drug in the US. It is not available over the counter and you will need a prescription from a doctor to buy it. As long as you have a prescription, you can buy Lamisil in the US.

I know that Lamisil is available in England, so that should mean that it is available throughout Europe. I discussed taking Lamisil with an English friend and she said that it was widely used in England.
