I think it is: "je veux te baiser". It means: "yo quiero besarte"

It means "I want to have sexual relations with you." "Baiser" is a word which has moved over the past half century from simply meaning "kiss" to something more uncompromising and explicit. It used to be all right to write things like "bons baisers" at the end of a letter for "love and kisses", but not any more, it seems! But the sentence ought to be "je veux te baiser", so if it was said as you have recorded it, then the person who said it isn't speaking very good French and all in all doesn't sound the kind of person you want to stick around with! If you must proposition someone, at least do it grammatically!

It means 'i want you to kiss' but the way it's written is wrong it should be 'je veux tu a baise' with an accent grave over the 'a'. Or if you want to say i want you to kiss me it should be 'Je te veux a baise moi'. : ) It can also mean i want to have sex with(screw) you!

"Je veux te baiser" used to mean "I want to kiss you" once, but it's changed its meaning to "I want to f**k you".

I believe it is the modern equivalent of "Voulez vous couchez avec moi ce soir?"

I am of a much more innocent age!
