How about cheeseburger pie? It's not pasta, but it's SO good! Even my ultra-picky 2 1/2 year old loves it. It's usually what I make when I'm stumped.
Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
2. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.
4. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

I make quick stuff like this all the time.
Fry your ground beef and season with whatever you've got,
Add a can of cream soup, like mushroom, cream of chicken, ect..
Add a spoon of cheese whiz or velveeta or just grated cheese(guys love cheese!), a small spoon of sour cream, and a splash of milk or water to bring it to the consistancy you like.
Add some veggies like frozen peas, corn, broccoli whatever you have,
Then simmer until you are ready to eat (at least 10min to bring it together and cook the veggies) and spoon it over cooked pasta or mix the pasta in the pan.
Good luck I think I might make this tonight too!
