Now that's the most sensible thing i've heard all day.
Report her! They'll probably take you away from her and find you a good home where some kittens will take good care of you.

What are you doing to him/her to get them riled up in the first place? If you're petting your cat and you notice it's ears go back a little bit and they're wagging their tail back and forth this means to stop what you are doing to them and back away for a little bit. Cats are more independant than dogs and they don't like attention all the time, they need their space. And since it's a kitten you are most likely being to rough with it. You need to stop now before it ends up like that permanantly and you should NEVER teach a cat to bite when they're playing just because you may think it's "cute". I had a cat when I was younger and I was always too rough with her. She turned into a vicious little tiger, no one could pick her up anymore, she would hiss at anyone that would pet her. If anything you should be reported for abusing your cat, whether you think you are or not.

Kittens that beat the snot out of you grow into cats that beat the snot out of you.

The kitten is just playing with you. Kittens do that. Normally, kittens learn how to fight and hunt with their brothers and sisters and they do that by roughousing each other.

Cute question - people need to chill out sometimes and consider the nature of your question. Your cat will probably 'grow out of it', kittens are always out of control.

This is the funniest question. Kudos to you. I have a couple friends that wish they could report my cat to the SPCA for abuse. I just laugh.

How cute! I have three and they too choose to beat the heck out of me, rather than each other.
