25. The difference between 21 and 30 is 9. Also the difference between 20 and 11 is 9. In first group, 1 is give at the end(single digit). so the difference is +9. In other group 10 is give(double digit). so the difference is -9. In third group, 2 is given(single digit). so the difference should b +9. so 16+9=25. M I right?
