About three months ago I decided to get clean and have been sober from meth since then. But, now that I've stopped working and stay home I can't sleep anymore. Some nights I don't even sleep and others I stay up till 4 am only to get up with my kids at 6 am. I don't want to take any over the counter sleep aids but would like to know of any natural ways to help me get to sleep.??

yeah it is due to that keep your will power strong ,do not give in you will adjust slowly and you will be able to sleep ,life will become lovable after that..
