A scar on each breast, running from downwards from the base of the nipple to the underside of the breast? Is the sign of an operation of some kind?

My ex wife had this surgery done. It's residual signs of a breast reduction. Usually the procedure involves cutting around the nipple or completely removing the nipple and placing it on a sterile ice tray, cutting from the base of the breast to the nipple, removing the excess fatty deposits in the breast and under the armpits, removing the excess skin on the breast, molding the breasts (by this time both breasts are equally attended to and should be ready for symmetrical finishing), reattaching the nipple and closing the skin. Most of the time it's staples or the new medical crazy glue, they are trying not to use sutures due to infection and scarring factors.
The recovery period is usually long and painful due to the massive amount of invasive procedures and all the nerve endings trying to reconnect.

Im really fine with any flaw in a woman. I think a normal guy would not care about a scar on your breast nor will he think of you less attractive or becomed turned off

this is most likely a breast lift or could have been a breast reduction. there may or may not also be a running horizontally below the breast in the fold for a lift, there will most likely be this second scar if it was a breast reduction

She got what is called a keyhole cut to enlarge, reduce or just lift the breasts. Usually when you see the key hole cut the are lifting the breasts though.

It means she has had breast surgery to either enlarge or reduce the size of her breasts.
