All these products are for diff purposes: The no explode is nothing more then a powdered energy drink, bsn nutrition is nothing more then protien in a bottle, creatine adds on h2o weight: All 3 are diff: Weight lifters need supplements yes, but do your homework before you begin spending $ on waste. When i was overseas in the navy, we didnt have fancy products ot fancy gyms, we worked out and ate what we could. A lot of products are crap. Ive been doing this a long time, and i have friends that own gnc's, u get the same results from eating 6 oz of lean steak and 2 pcs of chicken then buying powdered anything. Get it? The diff is simple: Sports Supplements are an extra additive to the athlete. I support them all the way, but be smart ok.

I have been on and off BSN's NO Xplode for the last year. You will loose the effects over time, but that is why it needs to be cycled, just like it says on the bottle. I take it about 30-45min before I work out, which is great timing for me. Also, be careful about taking it late at night, as it can keep you awake.
The only other product that has come close to the pumps I get from NO Xplode is NO Shotgun, but the taste is terrible...so I will stick with NO Xplode. Lemonade flavor seems to be the best. You can find some reviews on noexplodereviews.com.

Just recently I bought some No Xplode off of Amazon. This stuff is incredible. I would not compare it to a juiced energy drink at all. I believe that it gives you more endurance and that kick in the *** you need to motivate you to workout. It makes you want to workout. It says on the container "Once you try it, you'll never train without it!". I think this might be true with this supplement. The previous post says that he discontinued after 2 containers. I don't know I'll have to find out if that will be the case with me, but for now I see myself using this product for a long time. Totally recommend trying it at least once.

I enjoyed NO Xplode for a while and did feel a difference in my workouts. However, the effects seemed to wane after a 2 containers were used back-to-back. I haven't used it in about 6 months now, but will probably add it back to my routine soon. In general I've found BSN products to be of high-quality. I'm currently using True Mass for gaining weight and it totally works.
