"O Gloriosissimi Lux"

It is the name of one of the chants of Hildegard von Bingen (St. Hildegard or the "Sibyl of the Rhine"). She was a Catholic woman of the early Middle Ages who obtained visions from God.

Thanks much.

It's "O light of the Most Glourious One", because Gloriosissimi is a genitive case.

Haggesitze gave you your only correct answer so far. It is "O Light of the Most Glorious One", referring to a male (in this case God).
