If you have fine hair, a color depositing shampoo or conditioner can leave your hair a little limp. If it is a color releflecting shampoo or conditioner it enhances the color with light (silicones and dimethicones) I really like Kiwi by artec color reflecting shampoos, and John Frieda's color line. John Frieda is the best value and a little goes a long way.

burgandy and plumb shades contain red, so if your thinking of doing perminantley, keep in mind that afterwards your hair could have a ginger/copper tone - mine did and i started with naturally dark brown hair using a plumb home colour kit thing...
maybe use the new Dove for Darkened hair, but yeh the John Frieda range is wicked especially the colour glazes as they keep it vibrant and shinny - it really works :D

I like Redken Color Extend. That's what I use. Hair color starts to fade after 6 weeks no matter what product you use though. It's a bummer.

pink is the toughest colour to maintain. in case you reside in a sunny section the solar will fade it out. attempt this positioned a table spoon of olive oil on your shampoo. The olive oil will coat the hair shaft and forestall the solar from attending to the hair. additionally that's going to provide your hair a shine. i've got been doing hair for over thirty years. wish this helps.

I personally use John Frieda, their glaze sounds like a product you could use.
