Community colleges take FAFSA, and it is a growing trend for them to offer online classes. One thing to mention all but the student teaching will be done online probably. However, here is a list of places offering elementary education online with financial aid:

Dear Chelsea,
It really depends whether an online school is accredited or not. As other's have said, community colleges do accept financial aid as well. You can check out this site to see a list of accredited and reputable colleges. If you want to search for FAFSA, you can of course use the search:

Dear,
In answer to your question, Are there any online colleges who accept FAFSA?, I say you that take a look at this site http://onlinecollegesfaqs.net because it might help you
As you asked; "I'm looking to finish school at an online university, majoring in elementary education. 99% of the schools I've talked to don't accept Government Financial Aid (FAFSA). They want me to take out loans that I don't necessarily want right now, financially. Are there any accredited online colleges that DO accept FAFSA as a form of financial aid?" I hope it may help you.
Best of Luck :)

From my experience in trying to enroll in an online college or university, they all accept FAFSA. I don't know which schools you've tried.
