You're talking about the new energy drink? I just read an article about that this morning, and it's currently only available in California and New York. If you're in one of those two states, I'd suggest posting this question in the relevant state board to narrow down your responses to folks who might be helpful. =)

Cocaine Energy Drink is currently only available in LA and NYC. It is actually 350% STRONGER than Red Bull and it tastes like liquified red hots. The only drink which has a greater concentration of caffeine in it is an expresso. It is also been made available on eBay for those who would like to get it outside of LA and NY

Liquid cocaine, huh...well I don't know about that, but when I was in Texas they had this energy drink in a blueish bottle and it was like liquid crack, although I don't remember the name and I've noticed that I haven't seen it anywhere else - so maybe it's just a tx thing.

For now you can only get it in LA and New York. Also, i read that you can not drink more than one per day becuase it could cause bleeding ulcers, so be careful.
