My doctor did a procedure on me and told me if I had any questions or concerns to call him. He gave me his cell phone number. Then when I was making a follow-up appt he told me to make sure that my home number was correct and that he would call me later to see I was doing. The next day he called and left me a massage and told me if I had anymore questions to call him and he gave me his cell phone number again. I called him a left him a message to tell him that I was doing fine but kinda made it seem that there was no reason for a call back. I called him back a day later to confirm the appt, bcuz there was a mix up with the dates. He called back to confirm and said he got my message and didn't call back bcuz I said I was doing ok and didn't want to bother me. I told him that I didn't want to stalk him and he said that he gives out his number to be used....is he just a really nice doctor or is he intersted?

He is known for his empathy.
He only works at the office once a week and teaches at a university is actually well-known in his field. I don't get the creepy feeling from him. He isn't married!

First of all if he is a doctor he should not be giving out a cell number unless he does not have an office. Sounds creepy to me. He is not being professional at all even though he is pretending he is by following up. Why didnt he just have his secretary call you? You also didnt specify what type of doctor he is
