okay... here i go

2 weeks before homecoming a guy asked me to go with him and i was really excited and stuff, and that night he asked me out (im a junior btw)... then the next day i found out that my best friend for 4 years was FINALLY planning on asking me out and asking me to homecoming, so i was sorta upset..... and that lasted 2 weeks. THEN.. IRONIC AS IT SEEMS.. the first guy (josh) DISSAPEARED.. literally. he ran away from home and NO ONE knows where he is... still... and he didn't tell me nething or call me, so the last second i ended up going with guy #2 (bobby). i was really happy and stuffa nd danced like a maniac and then that night he asked me out. again, happy... but now that we're in school i feel really awkward around him-- because we're such good friends. i do like him, but its so awkward, and i dont like having to hide the things from him that i usually pour out at him-- like a friend--

does anybody have any suggestions??? wow, my life should be published haha

These relationships are not very serious. Just have fun, do well in school, and learn to be content with your life.

ask ur self why u feel this way. it is a problem u have. when u know why u can fix the problem an do not lie to ur self. is it because of other friends. does he just don't fit in with ur school crowd. if that is it maybe u r not as good as friend to him as u should be. do not care what others think. u feel the way that makes u happy. in the end friends r great but to have a true love is best of all. do not cheat him if u really don't have the same feelings he does.

It's not that big of a deal. When you are older and less shy around boys youll think back and say wow that was so dumb. lol for real..all you have to do is act the same now as you did before. Sit him down and tell him. I like you but i feel like everything is awkward now. maybe he feels the EXACT same way..bcuz thats usually how it goes..try it..its not as if you have anything to lose..and youll feel proud of yourself for doing what you felt you couldnt and also this bobby guy will realise how confident you are to talk about anything and to guys thats a total turn on..

i totally understand what ur going through. im a sophomore. but yea. the most important thing should be ur friendship because that would last even if the relationship didnt work. i think its okay to move forward just try to not get anyones feelings hurt. im kinda in the same situation. i think the best thing is to take things slow. a little bit of awkwardness isnt always bad!

rule of thumb, friends never date! Even though you really like him maybe you should have thought about what all could really happen...like for instance will he treat you as a girlfriend or "one of the guys" im sure he doesnt want you to hid things from him, thats not a relationship, talk it over with him, it might make things less akward and you may just end up being better together as friends than as a couple

If he's your best friend then I don't see how the relationship could be awkward.... It's like you're still the same friends except that you kiss and make out and yoiu don't tell him about the guys that you have a crush on

any friendship moving towards romance has an awkward phase. it's obvious he's interested in you. i'm guessing you're just hiding how much you like him, and if that's the case, stop. show him. it'll boost his confidence that much more too! you'll get back into that comfort phase if you two are truly cut out for a relationship together.

Just be honest with him, tell him how you feel and what your concerns are. If you want to be in a relationship make sure you let him know and if you want to go back to just being friends the sooner you tell him the better it will be for both of you.

be yourself and stop playing games.if he is your friend first and now your boyfriend just means he care more deeperfor you .So why are you keeping things from your best friend and love ?

Stop and think and you wil lsoon realize if you both are good close friend , he should already know you are keeping things from him and he does not like it .

Start being your open self around him and you will see it will feel so right and natural.

okay being in a relationship means you need to still treat him like you did when he was a friend no point in clamming up now he most likely all ready knows what you are going to say anyhow how fun with it and be safe ..Just do not forget about school
