A friend has the recipe, but it's a guarded secret. I only know it's made by the gallon, has several different types of alcohol in it, and he makes it on the stove.

1 gallon apple cider
1/2 gallon apple juice
2 cups sugar
5 cinnamon sticks
2 cups Everclear alcohol

Heat first three ingredients to dissolve sugar.
Once it has cooled, add 2 C. Everclear.
Add 1-2 cinnamon sticks per glass bottle.
Pour into glass bottles.
Makes 2 1/2 Gal.

Apple Pie (Bulk)
Ingredient Amount
Everclear 1 qt.
Apple Juice 1 gal.
Cider, apple 1 gal.
Cinnamon Stick 7 sticks
Sugar 4 Cups
Glass to UseShot glass

Mixing Instructions
Mix apple juice, apple cider, sugar, and cinnamon sticks together. Boil until cinnamon sticks lose flavor. Add Everclear. Refrigerate.
