Supernatural implies that he rises out of and above nature, whereas subnatural implies that nature rises out of him. Is he the product of nature (supernaturalism) or is nature the product of him (subnaturalism)?

Well that is basically circular reasoning if you consider him to be supernatural in your definition. God if you assume he is omni-everything or all powerful could not have been created of something that is of limited power. Not to mention nature which exists within the bounds of the universe could not create something that transcends space and time.

The concept of God transcends human senses. There are a million ways to express yourself on God. My understanding is, He envelops all that we see and have not seen. He is singularly responsible for the creation. Nature originates from Him.
