my wife has a hard callase thats starting to hurt on the ball of big toe?

tried almost everything any suggestions

go to the doctor, they will scrape it, ten use vaseline twice a day and put a 4x4 on with a tape so that the vaseline does not wipe off, this may take upto 2-4 weeks to get soft, good luck

Get it removed by surgeon. The procedure is very simple. She will be OK within a couple of days after the procedure.
