Would you break up with your gf/bg, if you found that she/he had plastic surgeries before??

One of my friend had 2 plastic surgeries; nose and chin. Her boyfriend doesn't know about that and she feels bad... I personally don't care my bf had surgery before because I like his personality. but for some people, thats big 'no no'. What do you think? Should she tell him or not? If you found that, what u gonna do?

ps: yea her face is kinda different 'before After' but beautiful. and not looks like Surgery 'Cat Woman'...--

No, but I don't plan on having kids with my BF. If I was thinking of having kids, I deserve to know what he looked like before the surgery. After all, I don't want to give birth then get handed a little monster like "Rosemary's Baby."

Ugly parents create ugly kids... sometimes. I'm glad my ex and I never had kids together. I'd have hated to have kids with that nose but, at the time we got together, I wasn't thinking of the consequences to the kids.

My current BF is cute so I wouldn't mind having a kid by him --- there's been no plastic surgery ---- but my career isn't really at a place where kids would be convenient. If he had been "bf" ugly before, then I'm not sure I'd want to have a kid and risk the "bf" guy gene being passed on.

No, not plastic surgeries! Aaaargh! [runs away screaming]

Ha, sorry about the sarcasm. What's wrong with plastic surgery? We all know that it's what's inside that counts. Why on earth should it be a no-no?

why would it matter? if the question came up then sure tell him! but just come out and say "hey welli had plastic surgery before we met" it shouldnt matter because it was done before the relastionship, but i can see how it might bother some people because i know guys who cant stand women who always want to change themselfs...but in some situations its nessisery (cant spell well)

depends
look like & body are important for first attraction & dates but after that the mose important part is care & trust
he could get uppset cause she didn't trust him & didn't said that in the first place or hide it !
she need to tell him as soon as possible ( in a good condition )
if he really likes her & she was important for him , he don't care at all
lets see how he is !
sorry for my bad english

Ag no man, it will be fine with me. I don't have surgery but if it makes someone feel good about themselves who am i to judge?

If he loves her he will except her like she is and things like that wouldn't matter!

Yea she should tell him....and thats no reason to break up with some one if her b/f really likes her. But lying is! So have her tell the truth

Why not tell him? He loves her now for what and who she is. I dont think it would matter. Isnt he going to see old pics eventually anyway? Why start a relationship out on a lie?

no, i wouldn't break up with them. plastic surgery is to help someone feel better about themselves. so, if it succeeded, it's all good. i don't really think a g/f or b/f needs to know.

It would make no difference to me. I will still love my boyfriend the same. I think if she is serious about him, she should tell him. It's better if she tells him than he hears it from friends.
