I think he will love it and that you should make sure you have a tissue ready and make sure you don't wear too much make-up because it will probably smear!!! If you are going to memorize it then I do have one suggestion and that is that you do have a backup paper in case you forget your lines! We memorized our personalized vows and I wasn't nervous because I kept repeating them over and over the week before that I could say them in my sleep!! Good luck to you and your future husband and Congratulations!

Don't use "bestest" because it's not a word.
Try this--I reworded it a little bit. It should be more poetic when you say it. Saying things like "I met you and my life have been a dream come true" and "what I would do without you I never want to know."
It makes you sound cliche and VERY young.
Try this:
You are my best friend and I could not imagine a greater husband. I am the luckiest woman to be able to call you mine . Since I met you my life turned in a dream I never wish to end, and because of this I promise to cherish you , respect you , and love you. With you in my life, everything is complete. My vow today is going to be more than just "I do;" it's my commitment to you and our future as Mr. and Mrs. _______.
Notes: Saying "you're" instead of "you are" is going to make it more difficult to understand.
Just to let you know, using "pet" words isn't going to be appropriate for a wedding. "Bestest" may be cute to you, but to your audience it will make your IQ seem to be 40 points lower. Save the cutsie pie stuff for the honeymoon.

For a poem, this is nice. They won't work so well for your vows, though.
All you say about a promise is "I promise to cherish you, respect you, and most of all love you." Depending on your clergy, this might not be enough.
For example, you don't promise to be faithful. Also, you don't mention that this is a promise that you will keep "as long as we both shall live" or "for the rest of my life". You don't promise to be honest, or to help him when he needs it. Your promise also doesn't state anything about keeping your promise through thick and thin, etc.
Many vows also represent a give and take, (i.e. I promise to accept you, with all your strengths and faults, just as I offer myself to you with my strengths and faults).
If these were vows, I'd suggest deleting the first two sentences and the last two, and put some more promises in there.

No one that uses the word 'bestest' is old enough to marry.
Are you both out of college and over 22? How will you buy a house and car and insurance and groceries? If you cant afford a trip to Cancuun for two weeks, you arent ready to marry.

I'm not terribly worried about "bestest". What if that's a pet word used between them? Then that means a lot more.
My husband and I make up pet words all the time. We have our nicknames for each other. If it works for you, so be it! Share the love!

That is very sweet. You can never go wrong speaking from your heart and being true to yourself and feelings.....Don't ever stop doing that! I am sure he will love it and if he doesn't......he is not worthy of your sweet, true heart!!! Congratulations!!!

I think as long as what you say comes from the heart, then he will love it. Hope he doesn't log on and see it !
