Where in the world did you get this idea that you want to "disable my registry". The registry is the brains of your computer. Mess with it or remove it and you will have to pay to have a technician reformat your entire system again.

If the brain in your skull was removed you would be brain dead and for sure not functioning. Same with your computer.

You would not want to disable your registry; it contains a wealth of important information that is required for your computer to run; if you disabled it, the computer would not work at all.

why would you want to disable your registry?
that would mean your computer wont work?
did you maybe mean, CLEAN your registry?

you go trying to reset the registry and your windows will not load up then your have to pay someone to fixi it that will be about $50 +

better figure out how to disable your brain,

you can't disable it, if ou disable it then nothing would work, where did you come up with that idea to disable it?
