Take calcium tablets if needed. Try to run with toes rather on heels.

What you can also uncover is that when you cross from doing not anything to jogging at im assuming a rapid speed then that's now not a well proposal. You will have to regularly do a hot up as this is helping your frame regularly construct up the depth and can carry your center fee, blood shunting to the muscle groups required and broaden your respiring fee regularly. After warming up and stretching and taking up alot of fluid regularly construct up your jogging speed over a couple of weeks. Also settle down once you have completed and dont push your frame staright away

This does not sound like a shoe problem. It sounds like you are experiencing the first stages of a circulatory problem. Research the symptoms your having through google and then see a doctor and get the necessary tests done. Demand the tests. Don't take no for an answer. I had been complaining for years about how tired i always felt, and the doctor said i was always fine, i had cancer the whole time, this was years and years of being misdiagnosed. Good luck!

Some people can only briskly walk or sprint. Are you flatfooted? Are you sure you're in correct form when running? Also, do you drink something before running, and do you have asthma?

New shoes won't help if any of the above is true.

New shoes will help if your shoes have rubber soles and you have mild anaphylaxis from allergic or irritated reaction to rubber when running.

You might have shin splints. Unfortunately the only thing for shin splints is rest. You might want to do some biking and swimming to take away some of the impact your legs are absorbing and yes properly fitted shoes can help.
