Physical no - will lead to you or others getting hurt - which is why it is against the rules of most societies and religions.
Internet only - well if I think that is different but again no, not if I knew he was married first.
PS I love your avatar - are they your eyes?

no!!! i used to think it was OK she must not be doing some ting right, an i have seen 2 married men. one was just sex. the other i worked with an i thought it was just sex he did not an left his wife. i felt so bad he did not even tell me any thing about it an i did not feel the same as him. later i married a man i really loved an was cheated on. it really feels bad an hurts so many people. u do not even realize. so please do not do it. it is true if he does it to her he will do it to u. an if u are just doing it for the sex think about when u get caught how much hurt u will put on a person. she could be a great person why would he tell u the truth. if he really likes u then he should leave fill for a divorce an then see u. that is only fair to every one. think about how u would feel if u spent 5 years with some one maybe have kids an find out all u thought he was is a lie.for all the married ladies do not see a married man. do it right if u really want him but do not play with his families feeling because u want to play.

YES- not every situation is the same so you cant just say no until you have been there. Don't do it just for the sex, do it because you genuinely like/love the person. Sometimes people get married for other reason than love. There isn't always a loving wife at home waiting with dinner on the table. You cant really say an honest yes or no until you have been in the situation.

why do so many people assume that having a fling with a married man is all about the woman's decisions? Maybe a woman wants no strings. Who said sex and long-term commitment and spending lives together had anything to do with reality?

Depends.....on what's going on at his home....if his wife is doing wrong or not being how a wife should be, then sure..why not? We only live once, and chances are, we spend half of it wondering what the grass on the other side looks like.

no longer a speedy one! Why do you ask? No destiny in it. the reality is....if the chemistry is so good... then you quite favor to positioned distance between you and concentrate on your/his marriage. (if you're unmarried....leave him on my own.) if you're meant to be at the same time, he will be unmarried finally and also you've your fling then. that's a waiting interest till you detect a unmarried guy to fling with.

If its his idea and only a fling, and you can do it with out getting emotionally attached then yes. But start having feelings for him and you're in trouble!
