Try using only the egg whites, you really shouldn't have more than 2-3 egg yolks a week( high in cholestral and fat)
Also, bacon isn't the healthiest meet, try turkey bacon cooked in olive oil. Apple is good, and milk. Try not to put a lot of sugar or cream in the cofee, decrease the amount you put in a little at a time.

It is a good start if you are trying to be healthier in your diet. But it could be healthier. Why not substitute the bacon for a piece of toast with your favorite jelly on it? Or have you ever tried a cheese and honey sandwich (it usually is something like cream cheese)?
There are tons of ways to make this even more healthy, but this is a pretty good breakfast, so I wouldn't be worried - unless you are having two pieces of bacon every day.
Keep having that milk, though. In addition to all the other benefits, it replaces the calcium that the caffeine in the coffee takes out of your bones.
And I don't know why people are suggesting to forget the eggs. Unless you are striving for unhealthy weight loss and lack of concentration during the day, the protein you get from the eggs are incredibly necessary. Subsituting a waffle for that would be giving you more carbs which would not help your brain function.

You could probably do without the bacon and coffee. That's about 552 calories. The bacon alone is about 262. Coffee doesn't have much calories, but the caffeine is not healthy. Maybe try decaffeinated green tea, instead. Green tea has antioxidants. You also may want to considered taking out the egg yolks, if you're concerned about eating healthy.

wow, that's a lot actually, unless you are an athlete training for the olympics. I don't know how many calories you have there but surely more than 300 only with the eggs and bacon. Maybe you should reduce it to one egg, one piece of bacon and a cup of coffee. Have the apple for snack midmorning.

wow your cholesterol certainly will shoot high within 1 month. You should try other meal such as bread with peanut butter plus a glass of milk cut on your intake of protein. That meal is OK if you are an athlete

Yes, it also depends on if you are watching fat causing carbs or what you pay attention to. This breakfast except for the coffee and milk is low in fat causing carbs so I'd eat it! sounds good
